Delivery Policy

We deliver around Lundy's Lane and the surrounding Niagara Falls tourist district from our location at 5986 Lundy's Lane. Enter your address at checkout and we'll tell you if you're in range — if you're right on the edge of our zone, the fastest way to confirm is to call (249) 294-0055.

We deliver every day, 2 PM to 4 AM.

A flat $4.99 per delivery order, whatever the size of your order (HST applies to it, as to the rest of your order) — the checkout total always shows the fee before you pay.

Typically 35–50 minutes from when you place the order, depending on how busy we are and conditions on the road. It's an estimate, not a guarantee — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle a delivery that's badly delayed.

Add a buzz code, unit number, or any other instructions in the delivery instructions field at checkout — it goes straight to the driver. If we can't reach you at the door or by phone when we arrive, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens next.

You can add a tip at checkout — 10%, 15%, 20%, or a custom amount — and it goes straight to our team, on top of your order total. Cash at the door works too, if you'd rather tip that way instead.
